My name is Kyle Young and I am from Georgetown, SC. I was born right outside of Charlotte in Gastonia, NC, but moved to the Lowcountry when I was three years old(1975). Years later, I began working for my father’s business, which was golf course construction & management, for 25 years. I then decided to sell residential real estate for nine years, but I’ve always had a passion for investment properties.

The thing that makes me happiest is my wonderful family: my wife, Jackie, and my two daughters, Madeline and Isabella. My hobbies include lots of outdoor activities, especially golfing, fishing, and hunting.
