Introduction

KeyGlee, LLC ("KeyGlee", "us", "we", or "our") is dedicated to protecting your personal information and informing you about how we use your information. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to your use of the KeyGlee services including our website where this Privacy Policy is posted and all other related software (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use and is integrated into the KeyGlee Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") made available at https://www.keyglee.com/terms. All capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement will have the same definitions and meanings as defined by the Terms of Use. 

THIS PRIVACY POLICY MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE PLATFORM AFTER WE MAKE CHANGES IS DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE CHANGES.

Information Collected and How

At KeyGlee, we collect several types of information from and about users of our Platform, including personally identifiable information ("PII") and non-personally identifiable information ("Non-PII") from you. PII is information that can be used to identify you personally. You will not be required to provide us any PII when you visit our Platform. However, in order to fully use our Platform, we may collect PII as described below. Non-PII is information that may be about you, but must be combined with other information to identify you personally. 

We collect information:

 

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.

  • Automatically as you navigate through the Platform.

  • From our Affiliates and business partners.

We gather this information to personalize and improve our services, to contact users, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, to analyze how users utilize the Platform, and as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy. We
collect the following information:

Information you provide us: Any information you provide by contacting us through the website, or any additional information you provide that we may ask for if you report a problem with the website, your search queries on the website, and details of transactions you carry out through the website. You agree and acknowledge that by submitting such information that you have the authority and necessary consents to provide such information.

Usage data: As you navigate through and interact with our website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including, without limitation: (a) details of your visits to our website, logs, location data and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website; (b) information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address (including geolocation), operating system, product version, and browser type; and (c) your preferences, such as language selection.

Cookies: We use "cookies" on the website and its subdomains to save your preferences, understand and track how you use our Platform, and to remember you when you visit again. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive or device, to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. You can set your browser not to accept cookies, however, in some cases, some of our Platform features may not function as a result. Please be aware that some or all of our cookies may be accessible by third parties.

Log Files: As is true of most websites, we may use gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages,

operating system, date/time stamp, clickstream data. We do not link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.

Web Beacons: Additionally, our website and certain emails may incorporate small electronic files known as web beacons. These web beacons enable KeyGlee to track certain website and email interactions, such as counting the number of users who have visited specific pages or opened particular emails. This technology assists us in gathering statistical data related to the popularity of certain website content, as well as the verification of system and server integrity. This allows us to better understand and optimize user engagement on our platform.

Submissions: You may provide information in comments, or otherwise to be published or displayed on or through the Platform or transmitted to other users of the Platform or third parties utilizing interactive features of the Platform (each a "Submission"). We cannot control the actions of other users of the Platform with whom you may choose to share your Submission and do not guarantee that your Submissions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. Please carefully review any Submission that you post to a public area of the Platform. 

Third Party Analytics: Third party analytics service providers will receive data regarding your usage of our Website in order to provide analytics services to us. If you elect to opt-out of such data collection (to the extent available) and subsequently use our Platform through a difference device or otherwise change your cookie or privacy settings on your device, you will need to opt-out again. 

Public Information: We may receive information about you from publicly available sources, public websites, and social media.

Use of Your Information

 

Some of your information will be visible to us or other users of the Platform to facilitate communication. We will never sell your information without your permission; however, you agree that we may use your information in the
following ways:

  • To provide any services offered and to operate the Platform.

  • To enhance or improve our users' experiences. 

  • To contact you via email or the other electronic communications where you have inquiry. 

  • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it. 

  • To notify you of additional KeyGlee products and updates.

  • To share with third parties, with whom you have requested additional information relating to their products and services.

  • To process your transactions, including billing and collections.

  • To share your information in any other way we may describe when you provide the information

 

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identity any individual, without restriction. We may disclose PII that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy as follows: 

Our Team: Information may be shared internally, including our affiliates and
subsidiaries, to help provide, improve, protect, and promote our service.

Platform Providers: We may disclose information to our contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, but solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform. For example, third party payment processors when you make a payment through the Platform, or our website hosting service provider. Our service providers are subject to the obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and may only use your information on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions and solely as necessary to provide the Platform. 

Legal: We may disclose your information to third parties if necessary to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request, or to otherwise enforce our Terms of Use, or any other agreement between you and KeyGlee, including without limitation, for billing and collection purposes.

Acquisition: We may disclose your information to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of KeyGlee's assets and any preliminary negotiations and diligence thereto, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which our website users is among the assets transferred.

To Fulfill Your Request: We may disclose your information to fulfill the purpose for which you provided it, or for any purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information. 

Protection: We may disclose your information if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of KeyGlee, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies
and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We never use, share, sell or rent the PII provid
ed to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described in this Privacy Policy without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Accessing, Editing, and Removing Your Information

You will be able to access any information contained in your account through our Platform. You may edit that information by removing or changing the information listed in your account. If you have any questions or wish to review, change, or access any of your information collected by us, please contact us at help@keyglee.com. Additionally, if you wish to opt out of our data collection practices or would like us to remove any of your information from our databases, please contact us at help@keyglee.com. After you have cancelled your account please be aware that we may keep inaccessible copies of your PlI and Non-PII subject to our data retention policies and applicable law.

If you delete your Submissions from the website, copies of your Submissions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users.

Third Party Access to Your Information

Although you are entering into this Privacy Policy with KeyGlee to disclose your information to us, we do use third party individuals and organizations as necessary to assist us in managing the Platform and support our business, including but not limited to contractors, web hosts, legal representatives, accountants, our subsidiaries and affiliates, and service providers. 

Throughout the course of our provision of our services to you, we may delegate our authority to collect, access, use, and disseminate your information. It is therefore necessary that you grant the third parties we may use in the course of our business the same rights that you afford us under this Privacy Policy. For this reason, you hereby agree that for every authorization which you grant to us in this Privacy Policy, you also grant to any third party that we may hire, contract, or otherwise retain the services of for the purpose of operating, maintaining, repairing, or otherwise improving or preserving our website or its underlying files or systems. You agree not to hold us liable for the actions of any of these third parties, even if we would normally be held vicariously liable for their actions, and that you must take legal action against them directly should they commit any tort or other actionable wrong against you. 

Legal Compliance

You agree that we may disclose your information to authorities if compelled to by a court order. Additionally, you agree that we may disclose your information if we reasonably believe that you have violated federal, state, local or international laws, the terms of our Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, or if we believe that a third party is at risk of bodily or economic harm. In the event that we receive a subpoena affecting your privacy, we may elect to notify you to give you an opportunity to file a motion to quash the subpoena, or we may attempt to quash it ourselves, but we are not obligated to do either. We may also proactively report you and release your information without receiving any request to third parties where we believe that it is proper to do so for legal reasons, where your actions violate any law of the United States or any other country having jurisdiction over us, our Platform, or our Terms of Use.You hereby release KeyGlee and its affiliates from any damages that may arise from or relate to the release of your information to a request from law enforcement agencies or private litigants. We may release your information under the conditions listed in this paragraph whether it is to individuals or entities and to any local, state, tribal, federal, or international authorities, as required. 

Opt Out of Commercial, Non-Commercial Communications and Do Not Track

If you decide to provide us with your contact information, you agree that we may send you communications via text and emails. However, you may unsubscribe from certain communications by notifying KeyGlee that you no longer wish to receive these communications and we will endeavor to promptly remove you from our mailing list or communications once we have received that request. We currently do not offer functionality for you to opt out through "do not track" listings. Third Party Websites

KeyGlee or other users may post links to third party websites on Platform, which may include information that we have no control over. When accessing a third party site through our Platform, you acknowledge that you are aware that these third party websites are not screened for privacy or security issues by us, and you release us from any liability for the conduct of these third party websites. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy, and any other policies in place, in
addition to any amendments, does not create rights enforceable by third parties. KeyGlee bears no responsibility for the information collected or used by any advertiser or third party website. You must review their terms and/or privacy
policy to understand how their information collection practices work.
 

Security Measures

We make reasonable attempts to protect your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access by using physical and electronic safeguards. For this reason, we use SSL certificates and vulnerability scanning to enhance our Platform security. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform. For this reason, we recommend that you use anti-virus software, routine credit checks, firewalls, and other precautions to protect yourself from security and privacy threats. Where we have given you a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are
responsible for keeping this password confidential.

U.S. Privacy Rights Notices

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights
regarding our use of their PII. 

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, lowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:

  • Confirm whether we process their personal information.

  • Access and delete certain personal information.

  • Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information's nature processing purpose (excluding lowa and Utah).

  • Data portability.

  • Opt-out of personal data processing for:

    • targeted advertising (excluding Iowa);​ sales; or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (excluding lowa and Utah).

  • Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data

Nevada

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales, however, please know we do not currently sell personal information triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

CALIFORNIA (CCPA NOTICE) 

The California Consumer Protection Act (*CCPA") requires specific disclosures to California residents. These required disclosures are organized separately for convenience in this section. If you wish to request more information from KeyGlee or inquire on exercising your rights under the CCPA, you can reach out to us by e-mailing us at help@keyglee.com.

Other California Rights

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to the third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Although we do not disseminate your information to third parties without permission, you must presume that we collect electronic information from all visitors. Age Compliance

Our Platform is not intended for children under years of age 18. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Platform. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child, please contact us at help@keyglee.com.

International Transfer

The Platform is hosted and operated in the United States ("U.S.") through KeyGlee and its service providers, and laws in the U.S. may differ from the laws where you reside. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that any information, including any PIl about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being provided to us in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize KeyGlee to transfer, store, dispose, disclose and process your information to and in the U.S. in accordance with applicable U.S. law and this policy. If you are a non-U.S. member, you acknowledge and agree that KeyGlee may collect and use your Information and disclose it to other entities outside your resident jurisdiction. In addition, such information may be stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction. U.S. law may not provide the degree of protection for information that is available in other countries. 

Changes to our Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account or through a notice on the Platform home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our website and this privacy policy to check for any changes at help@keyglee.com.
