Eric came to Jacksonville in 2011 as a member of the US Navy, where he proudly served for 10 years flying on the P-3 and P-8 as an Air-crewman. For his last few years, he served at Fleet Replacement Squadron, training young fliers in the basics of the platform and updating the course to match advancements in technology to bring a streamlined and efficient instruction platform.

These skills are carried over into real estate investments. As a real estate investor for over 2 years, Eric has gained experience in many areas by owning multifamily and single family rentals, and completing flips and wholesale deals.
