Mary Alice Kahanek & MJ Ethridge


We are a different kind of team. We’re committed to providing the best service with continuous communication and transparency throughout the process.

MJ has over five years’ experience in the wholesaling and investor business; she has also bought and sold her own investment properties. Prior to this, she owned and sold a variety of successful small businesses.


Mary Alice is a property investor and has worked in the corporate environment for over 25 years. Her experience resides in marketing and operations for fortune 500 companies.


Both were born and raised in Houston and know this market forwards and backwards. Our parents had a strong entrepreneurship heart and taught us a strong work ethic.
