Johnny Gonzalez

I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York, just a few blocks from Yankee Stadium where I went as a kid with my dad and friends. Growing up in the Bronx was tough but it prepared me for my next adventure.
In 1990 I joined the U.S. Navy and served for 14 years while achieving the rank of Petty Officer First Class.  I was awarded to Joint Service Commendation Medals and severed during the First Gulf War “Desert Storm” in 1991 and the Second Gulf War after 9/11 in 2001.  Being part of the military has been a huge honor for me.
After I acquired my bachelor’s degree I decided to separate from the Navy and make a career move to the corporate world where I’ve since worked for over 20 years.  I’ve worked with companies such as Xerox, Accenture, General Dynamics and Maximus in various management capacities from Director to Account Executive.
During my professional career I’ve invested in Real Estate and had a few rentals and done a couple of fix and flips.  I’ve always had a passion for real estate and everything about it.  I enjoy seeing the potential that a property has and can bring to everyone involved. 
I have one Son, named Jayden and he is 15 years old.  That is my Pride and Joy!!!

My previous background was in corporate America where I dedicated myself to several roles from customer service, administrative director to management. I am a food enthusiast and I enjoy traveling for new experiences. The things I am most grateful for are God, my family, and my friends. I was born on a beautiful tropical island called Okinawa,
Japan. Growing up as a “military brat”, I was exposed to diverse communities from a very young age.
Because I had to get up and move every two to three years, not only to different states, but sometimes to a
different country, I can adapt to any new environment. It has always been a dream of mine to work in real estate. Enthusiasm, hard work, and gratitude go into everything I do. My favorite quote is, "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change."

I was born and raised in Eastern Europe and then moved to Seattle in the late 90’s where I got my education and spent 12 years working in the medical field. I moved to Florida and became a realtor as it was my passion since a young age. I have great experience in management and, along with the my customer service skills and knowledge of the market, I will do everything possible to  satisfy your needs by meeting your property investment goals.
