Cody is a community builder. Whether in his role in business development, or in the cage as an MMA fighter and coach, Cody has brought people together his entire career. Cody’s vision is to create a community that is open, transparent, and serves the best interests of homeowners and investors alike. His goal is to bring all stakeholders together to break down the barriers between agents, wholesalers, creative financing investors, and the communities that they serve.

Owner | CFO

Joe began his real estate career in 2009 during the housing crisis in Sarasota, FL, launching a 15-year journey. From 2014 to 2016, he earned his MBA at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, receiving the President’s Student Leadership & Service Award in 2016. In 2015, he co-founded Braman Brothers Real Estate, LLP, selling over 220 homes in five years and ranking in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents. In 2020, Joe became a Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker’s East Metro Region. In that role he led over 250 agents, achieving $850 million in annual sales across 2,000 transactions. Joe now leads the KeyGlee North Team, providing cash offer solutions for homeowners.
