One or more members, directors or employees of GDR Financial, LLC, KeyGlee Capital, LLC, KeyGlee Careers, LLC, KeyGlee Franchise, Inc., KeyGlee Holdings, Inc., KeyGlee Realty, LLC, and or KeyGlee, LLC (collectively, “KeyGlee”) is a licensed broker in the state of Arizona and a licensed broker in the state of Texas.KeyGlee reserves the right to record an affidavit and memorandum on this property. If buyer cancels this contract at any time during the inspection period, the buyer’s Earnest Money Deposit is to be refunded by title at the sole discretion of the buyer and not require a signed release and cancellation from the selling party.
